This 2009 Dallara Indy Lights car, chassis #001, was originally owned by Jack McCormack and was used in testing via Davey Hamilton and his son. Used for a few years before aspiring to new cars and projects, this Indy Lights car was kept in storage for a number of years before the current owner brought it to Seymour Enterprises. While at Seymour Enterprises, the car had a comprehensive safety checkover which included removing all body panels and ensuring torque specs of key components. While its body panels were off, Seymour Enterprises took the opportunity to give the Indy Light race car a thorough detailing, ensuring that it was clean and ready for its next owner. All body panels, chassis, and components are in excellent condition and illustrate the low mileage and clean history of this race car.
A comprehensive spares package accompanies both cars which includes (2) sets of wheels, (4) sets of springs, (1) sets of OE Black Koni shocks, (1) steering rack bar and 6-tooth pinion, (1) differential with misc. friction plates and spyder gears, (1) starter, (2) right pushrods, (2) left pushrods, (1) suspension shim kit, (2) front brake rotor hats, (2) rear brake rotor hats, (1) set of PFC brake pads, (1) misc. kit of hardware, (1) tool box with miscellaneous hoses, brackets, hardware, sealants, (1) set of high stands per car, (1) rear quick jack-steering jack, (2) fuel jugs, (1) set up pad with tow bars and leveling tools, (1) seat inserts, turn plates, and Kenwood Car and Crew Radios.
The car is available immediately and is capable of being race ready within a short period of time. Please inquire with Mike Seymour of Seymour Enterprises for more details or track support questions. There is also an identical sister car available that can be purchased together as a group.

About the Dallara Indy Lights Race Car
The Dallara Indy Lights race cars made their first debut when the Infiniti Pro Series was refounded by the Indy Racing League and began racing in 2002. A spec series, each car contained a 3.5L V8 engine with 420 horsepower based on the Infiniti Q45 block combined with Dallara’s chassis, and a 6-speed sequential manual transmission. Exceptionally fast, approaching 200 mph top speeds, and extremely analog, the Indy Lights cars from 2002 to 2014 were a force to be reckoned with and ultimately delivered racing thrills at a fraction of the cost that could only be beat by the likes of IndyCar or Formula 1.
In 2014 Indy Lights race cars were introduced with a new engine package that consisted of a 2.0L turbocharged engine paired with a new 6-speed sequential semi-automatic gearbox. While slightly faster than before, many had their reservations and complaints that Indy Lights cars no longer sounded like true race cars.
